Each individual may hold only one account at Ultrapari. If the same person registers multiple accounts, or multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device, an investigation may be initiated. If confirmed, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
The name, date of birth, mobile number, and address provided at registration must be accurate. Ultrapari may request identity verification (national ID or passport) at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share access to your account with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.
Ultrapari reserves the right to void any bet due to technical issues, incorrect odds, or other valid reasons at the time of placement. The full stake for any voided bet will be refunded.
Odds can change rapidly during live betting. Odds displayed are not final until a bet is confirmed. If your internet connection drops or no confirmation is received, the bet may not be placed successfully.
If a match or event is cancelled or left unresolved, the associated bet will be declared void and the stake refunded. However, if the match result has already been determined, the bet will stand.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each market and may vary by event and market type. Higher limits apply for High Roller members.
Deposits at Ultrapari are accepted via Mobile Pay and Nagad. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Funds are typically credited to your account instantly. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be processed to an account registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. During peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours.
If money laundering or fraudulent transactions are suspected, Ultrapari may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation. Relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳1,000 in bets for a ৳100 bonus.
Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or by exploiting system vulnerabilities constitutes bonus abuse. In such cases, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
Each promotion has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the promotion expires.
